He realized consulting projects focused on internal communication strategy development and internal communication tools improving (intranet, internal publications) for AXA, Danone, ENEA, GAZ-SYSTEM, ING, Pfizer, Philip Morris, Polkomtel, PZU, Raiffeisen Bank, Sanofi, T-Mobile, Volkswagen Poznań, Żywiec Group. He conducted workshop sessions for communication teams and open seminars for people responsible for corporate communication attended by several hundred managers and specialists.

Joanna Stępień – Consultant

Specializes in perfecting interpersonal skills, conducting consulting workshops, as well as in diagnosing projects.

As a trainer she realized projects in the area of complexity management, managing dispersed team, intercultural communication and cooperation, customer service in cross-cultural environment, building employees engagement and organizational culture, improving team cooperation and corporate communication.
